Tim McDonald
Principal of Centric General Contractors
Tim is the Principal of Centric General Contractors. With over 35 years of construction experience, Tim oversees Centric's construction managment, development, and client relations. Tim brings a wealth of construction expertise to Centric's table; he is actively involved with each project and emphasizes the implementation of innovative solutions and never shies away from an exchange of creative ideas. Tim grew up in the Napa Valley, attended college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and soon after began his construction career in the San Francisco and North Bay market. When he was not in class at Cal Poly, you may have been able to catch him on the track field where he was an exceptional pole vaulter.

Dave Riordan
Director of Operations
Dave is the Director of Opperations for Centric. He has over 15 years experience in the construction industry specializing in luxury resorts, multi-family high rises, and mixed use urban projects. During his career he has directly managed over $400 million dollars in projects, and over 600 housing units, bringing them from preconstruction to completion. He is a LEED AP and has an extensive educational background with a Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois, as well as a Masters degree in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. This combination of construction experience and architectural education brings a unique perspective to all projects and the ability to work closely with the design team. As you can see, Dave is our go-to guy for any construction advice, but not only that - if you want to know the newest music out there ... he knows the scoop.

Tom Reilly
Senior Project Manager
Tom is a Senior Project Manager at Centric. He is a highly experienced construction project manager with over 40 years of experience. After attending college in San Francsico, Tom moved to the Colorado Rockies where he started working in construction, since then he has not seemed to stop. He is able to seamlessly integrate multiple goals, tasks, subcontractors, and vendors. Tom has managed a broad range of projects from estate homes to wineries and commercial buildings. He has continued to develop and pursue all aspects related to the green building practice. On the weekends, you can catch him for a glass of wine (or two) and hear about his cool kids, or find him on a bike climbing Howell Mountain. He's a big Giants fan which we all like around here.

Jay Barrington
Vice President of Business Development, Sonoma
Jay is the Vice President of Business Development for the Sonoma Valley. He is responsible for seeing projects come alive well before they start and continues to track their development. With over 25 years of experience, he brings a unique blend of experience and creative approach to each project he becomes a part of. He attended California State University Long Beach, since then has been involved in the construction industry for so knows the in's and out's, from start to finish. He manages the business development activities in the San Francisco North Bay hospitality, healthcare, co-generation, and custom homes market. Jay is a big sport's fan, an even bigger fan of his two beautiful children and wife.

Michael Sweeney
Vice President of Business Development, San Francisco
Mike is the Vice President of Business Development for the San Francisco market. As a San Francisco native he knows the city like the back of his hand. Thirty-five years ago, Mike's building career began as a master cabinet-maker with one of San Francisco’s premier cabinet shops. Since then, he continues to diversify his experience and skill set in the building industry. He possesses a range of experience in new custom home construction, residential remodels, condos, tenant improvements, historic restoration, and hi-profile fast-track projects including hospitality remodels. From time to time, I hear you can find him on a beach in Mexico which is his other happy place.

Branden McDonald
Director of Development
Branden is the Director of Development at Centric. He oversees the Business Development team as well as wears many other hats around the office. Branden helps Centric remain competitive and grow by assessing and developing new business opportunities. Once a project goes into preconstruction, he is by your side to take you through the beginning stages of the construction process. He works collaboratively with engineers, architects, and project teams to be certain the vision, quality, schedule of every project is achieved. If you stop by the office, you may be able to hear a glimpse of one of his many around-the-world accents which is always entertaining.
