Hotel Zelos

Located in the heart of San Francisco near Moscone Center, Union Square and Financial District, the Hotel Zelos (formerly Hotel Palomar) boutique hotel project required modernizing and updating the lobby and public space of the hotel and restaurant. The fifth-floor restaurant, Dirty Habit, was updated to accommodate heated outdoor seating. The scope of work involved the complete removal of existing restaurant and introduction of new high-end finishes, installation of new design-build MEP systems, and all new LED lighting and lighting dimming controls systems. The hotel remained operational while work was being performed, which required extensive pre-construction planning, long-lead ordering and design integration periods to accommodate a fast-track construction schedule. The boutique hotel’s high-end and unique finishes and features were self-performed Centric General Contractors.
