Belvedere Place Office Complex

Located in Mill Valley, the 103,000sf Belvedere Place is Southern Marin’s newest office complex, featuring a creative space with exposed ceilings, operable windows, a zen garden and covered parking. The scope of work entailed new construction of two office buildings. Work included structural steel and concrete. One building consists of two floors, 42,000sf of office space over one level of parking. The second building is a three story 61,000sf office building with an adjacent four-story concrete parking structure. The buildings are comprised of metal stud, lath and plaster, wood clad windows and metal roof. This sloped site required large site work package with retaining walls and landscaping. Located at 1 and 2 Belvedere Place in the Mill Valley, the property is adjacent to the Strawberry Village, Marin’s “buy local” shopping haven where shopping, dining and services abound.
