Located in the heart of San Francisco’s bustling Financial District downtown area, the Plaid headquarter office project bolsters the company’s focus on democratizing financial services through technology. Remodeled to create a modern and playful space for people to come together on a daily basis to work, the two-story office environment creates a sense of collaboration and connectedness with an open floor plan. The scope of work required building new interior partitions, new finishes throughout, new lighting, card reader installation, and bathroom remodel. In a city known for startup office perks, Plaid’s signature amenity requires a safety waiver. On the second floor, employees tackle a vertical treadmill that offers endless handholds and footholds.
